Our Story
The Ice Cream Bike began in spring of 2024 with a love for baking, being outside, and of course...ice cream! I always loved baking and cooking, and with a recent diagnosis of celiac disease, I dove into gluten free baking with the goal of creating foods that tasted just as good as they made me feel. After months of recipe testing, I mastered a product that was indistinguishable from a gluten filled treat, and I hit the streets with my ice cream sandwiches. I absolutely love coming up with new flavors and new treats to expand my menu and provide you all with a fun and delicious addition to your events.
I am so excited to be making something that everyone can enjoy and that brings so much happiness to the community and to peoples events! I have found so much support through my friends, family, and strangers and I thank all who have been a part of my journey!

I truly believe in the happiness a yummy treat can bring and aim to spread this joy throughout the community. Whether it's a small gathering or a grand celebration, we strive to provide an unforgettable dessert experience that makes every celebration sweeter, one ice cream sandwich at a time.
